If you would rather print out your own paperwork and mail it in to Mrs. Terry, you certainly may. Below are all the documents you will need. Please note that you do need all of the following paperwork and enrollment is only complete once you have returned all paper work and enrollment fee of $150.

You must read the entire handbook to enroll your child. The last page of the parent handbook is the payment agreement. This page must be turned in, you may keep the rest of the handbook.
